Embrace it is a tourism tax authorized by Article 129 Bis of the Baja California Sur State Treasury Law, which is effective starting June 2025. The tax applies to all foreign visitors staying in the State for more than 24 hours. 

It costs $470 Mexican pesos per person and must be paid exclusively online.
